Communal work in exchange for free events
The Community Exchange
Give a day. Join the family.
The Victorian Villa isn't just a building; it’s a living, breathing project that thrives on collective care. We believe that those who help us maintain the beauty and energy of this home should be the ones who enjoy it most.
Our Community Exchange Program is a simple, soulful trade for those who want to be part of our inner circle.
How it Works
We host several Communal Work Days throughout the year. These are high-energy days dedicated to gardening, deep cleaning, small restoration projects, or preparing the house for a new season.
In exchange for one full day of communal work (6–8 hours), you receive:
A 1-Year “Victorian Family Membership”: Free entrance to all public events hosted by the Victorian Villa for 12 months, discounts on other events, workshops and retreats (family discount rate is specified in event description), and 20% discount when booking the house for overnight stays.
Communal Lunch: A hearty, plant-based feast in the kitchen with the rest of the crew.
The "Inner Circle" Invite: First access to limited-capacity workshops and special gatherings.
What a Work Day Looks Like
Expect a day of "dirty hands and light hearts." We might be planting heritage roses in the courtyard, polishing the Victorian floorboards, or organizing the library. It’s a chance to meet like-minded people, listen to good music, and leave your mark on a piece of Kirseberg history.
Join the Next Work Day
We limit the number of participants for each Work Day to keep the experience personal and productive.
