Customized Celebrations
We believe every gathering should have its own heartbeat. Because this is our private residence, we work closely with you to ensure your event aligns with the spirit of the house. From coordinating with local caterers to helping you set the perfect acoustic or electronic soundscape, we are here to help you make magic.
General information:
Capacity: We comfortably host up to 50 seated dining guests, or up to 150 for standing cocktail receptions and dance parties.
The Essentials: We provide the venue-only rental, giving you total freedom. Our own dining table seats 22; for larger groups, you will have to coordinate additional furniture rentals.
Catering & Drinks: Use our fully-equipped kitchen for your catering team or self-arranged food. Your vision, your flavor.
Sound: We have in-house speakers and DJ equipment as part of the rental cost. You are free to bring additional equipment and gear.
Space: The whole house or individual rooms can be rented. Depending on your needs and budget we will find the best match for your event.
