A Victorian Sanctuary: Overnight Stays

Experience the magic of the Villa after the sun sets. Whether you are hosting a small retreat, a creative getaway, or a gathering of close friends, our home offers a unique, communal living experience in the heart of Kirseberg.

The Living Quarters

We provide a flexible, "Slumber Party" style arrangement that comfortably accommodates maximum 20 sleeping guests:

• The Master Suite: A grand Victorian-style bedroom featuring a King-size (180cm) bed with direct access to the Master Bathroom.

• The Guestroom: A spacious room sleeping 3, featuring one King-size (180cm) bed and one single (110cm) bed.

• The TV Room: A cozy communal room that currently sleeps 5 (combination of beds and floor mattresses).

• The Library & Grand Hall: For larger groups, these historic rooms transform into sleeping sanctuaries. We provide 5 foam mattresses, 2 double air-mattresses, and 2 single air-mattresses to be arranged on the floor as needed.

Bathroom Facilities

To ensure comfort for your group, the Villa features:

• Two Full Bathrooms: Each equipped with a shower and toilet (including the Master En-suite).

• Guest Toilet: A dedicated powder room with toilet for added convenience during communal gatherings.

• Arrival & Departure: Check-in from 14:00 to 22:00. Check-out by 12:00.

The Essentials

• Full Access: Guests have full use of our Communal Kitchen to prepare meals and connect.

• Amenities: Fresh towels are provided for all guests.

• Support: 24-hour phone contact is available for any needs during your stay.

House Harmony & Cleaning

To respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and the history of the house, please note the following:

• Cleaning: Professional cleaning is not included. We ask that you leave the house exactly as you found it (dishes washed, trash removed). If the house requires professional cleaning after your stay, an additional fee will be charged.

• No Unauthorized Parties: Standard overnight stays are for quiet enjoyment. If you wish to host a party or larger gathering during your stay, please submit a separate inquiry so we can discuss the necessary arrangements and additional costs.

• The Neighborhood: We are located in a peaceful residential area of Kirseberg; we ask that our guests remain mindful of noise levels, particularly after 22:00.
